What does it mean to be a GenNow Network member?

LEADERSHIP

Serves as a community ambassador of the American Cancer Society GenNow Network
Contributes to the success of the chapter by offering support from personal and professional networks when possible

RECRUITMENT

Actively engages in recruitment efforts to foster chapter growth

MISSION

Incorporates the American Cancer Society’s mission into chapter activities
Volunteers at 2+ non-GenNow ACS events

FUNDRAISING

General Members and Leads raise $1,000 annually and chapter directors raise $2,500 annually through donations, event ticket sales, sponsorships, revenue enhancers, and/or give back nights
Purchases ticket to annual event
Sells 4+ tickets to annual event

OTHER

Completes the annual application process for the chapter
Attends all monthly meetings and collaborates with fellow members and leaders
Serves a one-year commitment minimum
